To place an order for Our Bali Beaded Baskets:
1. Please E-mail your detail order to: sueta@hiddenbali.com
2. Payments can be made by bank transfer and Western Union.
3. Full Payments must be received prior to shipping.
4. We basically send our items via Indonesia Postal Service or Express Mail Service unless otherwise requested. All shipping and insurance are paid by customer.
5. The delivery time of the items is based on the shipment method.
6. We will give you regular status reports; quality control; and ensure delivery times are met. Arrange freight forwarding and oversee packing and loading of cargo. With a command of local language and culture, we help you to overcome some of the frustrations and delays associated with foreign buying.
7. We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the final payment. We send you the copy of shipping bill. We'll keep in touch until the order arrives safely If you haven't found what you are looking for in our website please contact us with a description of the items you desire (photos if possible) and we will provide you with all available information accordingly.

2. Our beaded baskets can be custom made to your choice of size, colors and designs.
3. All of our baskets are hand crafted by local crafters.
